[Location, Faction, Race] Gilneas — Gilneas City / Merchant Square, map 654. Alliance, Worgen. Tested on a fresh level-1 Worgen.

[Problem Description]
The early Worgen experience (Gilneas) is almost entirely scripted quests/instances and a lot of it does not fire correctly on a fresh playthrough. Two concrete, verified items:
1) Quest "All Hell Breaks Loose" (14093) — kill 6 Rampaging Worgen (NPC 34884). On a fresh run the Rampaging Worgen barely appear, so the quest cannot be progressed. Checked in DB: 44 Rampaging Worgen spawns exist (phaseMask 2); the co-phased Gilneas City Guard (entry 34916) has normal dmg_multiplier = 1 (so it is NOT guard over-tuning); the high-damage NPCs Huntsman Blake (38467) / Myriam Spellwaker (38465) at ~46-48x are phaseMask 262144 (different phase, unrelated). Net: scripted-scene / tap-and-kill-credit problem, not a stat tweak.
2) "Flying demons" around Merchant Square = Generic Trigger LAB (NPC 28332). This is an invisible scripting-trigger NPC, but its template has two models: modelid1 = 20570 (invisible, correct) and modelid2 = 11686 (a visible demon model). The server picks a model at random per spawn, so ~half render as visible "demons" floating around the scene. In-game .npc info confirms DisplayID 11686 on these (screenshot 3).
[How it should work]
1) Player should get kill credit on the Rampaging Worgen and be able to complete "All Hell Breaks Loose" (Blizzlike shares tag credit in this scripted defense event; the scene should reliably present killable worgen).
2) Generic Trigger LAB (28332) should always be invisible — modelid2 (11686) should be set to 0 so triggers only ever use the invisible model.
Note: the whole Gilneas opening is scripted + phased; beyond the two confirmed items there appear to be further scripted-step failures through the early chain. Posting as a dedicated tracking thread for the Worgen starting zone so all issues land in one place — happy to add specifics as confirmed.
