It's mostly complete, although there's still a lot of bugs that need to be fixed.
Version 6 will be coming out for public soon, which fixed a lot of bugs from this current version, including a new npc movement system, so they don't just go jumping over things to get to you, instead they walk the proper path.

While there may be a lot of bugs, EmuCoach is the most updated 4.3.4 Cataclysm repack I've seen, and is still in constant development.

The time has come! Version 6 has finally been released for free. You can keep your vmaps, maps and dbc, HOWEVER I advice you to download the new MMAPS because it will improve the movement experience a LOT. Changelog list is coming soon. New thread design. Lots of improvements. Enjoy the new version.

There's not a tutorial available on the forums sadly, so it might be tricky to understand first.
Basically, the two bottom options are the only ones you need, one of them saves characters/accounts into a file, the other imports them into the new database. Sorry I can't remember which option is which, I haven't used it in some time.
