Stopping by to say thank you for this amazing repack...been playing for the past several hours, and am very impressed. Alot of work and dedication has gone into making this repack stellar...two thumbs up.

I agree, it's the best repack around.
 
Looks really great. However your version 1 is not working. Getting stuck on "connected" while connecting on the server. It isn't the cache, anti-virus or realmlist configuration. Didn't test the other version.

Correction : That's normal, you didn't include the mmaps in the version 1.

The version 5 works fine! Thanks.

Btw, does someone know how to allow 24 characters in a character's name with ","?

You should be able to edit it within the database, using something like HeidiSQL.
Connect to it, go to the characters table, find the character name and type in whatever name you want.
The character has to exist first, since basically you'll be renaming it. However, I'm not sure if this would work. I don't think this would happen, but there might be some sort of limitation somewhere, causing names like that to crash the server.
If it works, let us know!

Actually, it didn't work. Even after setting the row character name's property to "varchar(24)", I keep getting this auto rename when I log in. There must be a way to desactivate the auto-rename when a name isn't valid.

The case here is probably only resolveable by the devs in the source code I guess. I searched quite a few times for this without getting any solutions.

It's in the VIP section. When in the forums, scroll all the way to the bottom.
Also, the current VIP version is 6.2.

Check the worldserver.conf and the authserver.conf for it. I doubt it'd be there, but it's a possibility.
