Is there a % complete info about this? Like, how many dungeons are working from the Vanilla/BC/LK content?

I was able to do almost all TBC dungeons yesterday. I did encounter an issue in "The Steamvault" - the final door remains locked, no matter what you do. I am off to Northrend today to try the dungeons there. I was able to do FoS the other day but PoS is not working properly. Jaina stood me up. Will see about the other Northrend dungeons today..
