There is a problem with the "Warchief Cometh" quest (Silverpine Forest, Forsaken). After dialogue with Garosh ( He also not appears at the area, just dialogue) and Sylvanas - nothing happens, you cant finish quest.

Made a mistake when compiling Trinitycore and wound up with the Legion extractor. So I decided to recompile the Cataclysm extractors and realized that I kept extracting empty folders for some odd reason.

So I came here because I had given up at this point.
