Is necessary download maps,vmaps,mmaps?
I mean are diferent from other versions like 3 or 4?

Of course, yu're great.

I don't think so. When I upgraded to VIP, all I had to download was the core and MySQL, so those shouldn't have to be re-downloaded.
I believe the maps,vmaps,mmaps, etc, are the same from the other versions.
