Sorry, but I don't think we have a list right now.
However, the higher level they are, the less likely they are to be scripted. I think the Cataclysm bosses are the ones that mainly need work, but I could be wrong.

Sorry, I didn't see your post until now, but the answer is yes. The current version for VIP is v6.1. I'm not sure on this, but ExO might be planning on releasing version 6 to the public soon.

The dbc, maps, and vmpas from the previous version still works with this version. Only the current VIP version of v6.1 has to update the dbc, maps, etc.
