- [Problem Description] When I start the mission and climb the tower, I can't find the NPC=36680 that I'm supposed to kill. Also, Slinky just floats around with a parachute the whole time without interacting.
- [How it should work] Once at the top of the tower, Slinky must help you assassinate the captain to obtain his head and complete the mission, then proceed to plant a bomb and escape with a parachute.
