Moving to invalid due to using NPCBots (unsupported/not updated system). As recommended - use Playerbots instead. I'll make this more clear for V2 :)

Incorrect. Only https://classic.wowhead.com/npc=7234/ferocitas-the-dream-eater drops this item according to WoWhead and data from other DBS.

Fixed on V2. So far it's accessible for quest id 13945 and quest id 483. Let me know if any other quests with this purpose is missing.
