All is in the title, as the playerbots don't role check, they can't join heroic scenario or flex raid.
How to reproduce : Make a group with playerbots, try to join heroic scenario or flex raid.

I'm not sure that they're even scripted to perform this action yet, though you can still queue up for random normal scenario.

For sure they aren't, as this is performed to be a solo repack, i report for dev know about it.
