[3.3.5 & 4.3.4] VIP Area, VIP only Script

Tested for Trinitycore, 3.3.5 and 4.3.4, works. Probably for more as well.

A VIP area script, checks if the account is VIP (security level 1 +), if not, it will not give you access to the defined area and teleport you away.
