Truice 2.0 for Cata & MoP

Hello everyone, I allow myself to post a link for Truice version 2.0 that allows database editing for Cataclysm & Mist Of Pandaria. :

I tested it and it works pretty much, but it tells me that the creature_queststarter table does not exist....

This is depending on the version of the source (wowsource, trinity, emucoach, arcemu, etc.) in some of these tables are called creature_queststarter and creature_questender and in others they are called creature_involvedrelation and creature_questrelation.
