Sleeping with or without background noise?

I definitely prefer silence when I sleep, but I don't mind a little noise. I sleep pretty fast and heavily.

I used to have youtube running on my laptop that i'd fall asleep to, until i started gettting mad gospel music

always got to have the window ac on. drowns out the other noises
