Hi, I was here before but I was a kid back then. I wanted to try again in this WoW private server scene. Hoping to finally get how to really play WoW and have my own server from the VIP section with playerbots. I have a little question though. Does the playerbot play normally? Like it acts like a normal player and will flood the town? Do we have some documentation about it? Thank you!

We have a guide here. PLAYERBOTS (How To) - EmuCoach Repack 4.3.4
It doesn't act 100% as a proper player, keep in mind it's still a bot, and its still under development, meaning that it's not fully functional, but we have had a lot of positive feedback from people who dungeon with them.
