It seems okay to play but then trying to implement the RBAC permissions when there is none to add it to is not that great im trying to find a way to rebuild this

Is the latest VIP version perfect? the answer is no.
Is it way better than the current general release? I definite YES.
Lots of core fixes and a huge amount of database fixes.
