This topic is a changelog and feedback list of all the requests for changes and fixes that are made to the Emucoach App so that you can see the newest features & fixes.
Version 1.0.5:
- Improved repack upgrade process (error messages, validation checks, file deletion process, safer processes).
- Faster repack updates: Implemented a functionality where the application will automatically update only relevant files (e.g. no reason to re-install the database files if we only made updates to the core).
- Added a backup reminder on repack upgrades.
- Improved 'Start Server' functionality on 'Manage Server' page. Now, it will provide more specific error messages (still work in progress).
- Due to the many requests/feedback: Implemented a 'Stop Server' button.
Version 1.0.4:
- Stabilized installation process (when installing the newest repack)
- Now upon uninstall, the app removes Emucoach user app data folder as expected.
- Improved retry behaviour when installing
- Improved safety checks, e.g. when navigating away from the installation page.
- Fixed configuration page issues.
- Fixed app date to 2025 instead of 2024.
Version 1.0.3:
- Implemented a "Reset installation" functionality on the app
- Implemented a smart folder detector: If the specified folder paths in the app do not exist, the user will get a warning with a possibility to update the paths or re-install the installation.
- Fixed a file explorer bug on path settings in case the folder did not exist
- Improved beta scaling functionality text error
Version 1.0.2:
- Fixed critical issues for upgrading from MOP V5 to MoP V6
- Optimized speed for the upgrading process of MoP V5 to Mop V6
- Fixed an issue where start-up functionality of repack would crash if the folders contained spaces.
