Best of luck with the project. It seems to be a custom design, so that's nice.
But if you are serious about this project, I would recommend you to get a .com/net/org domain, instead of a no-ip.org domain. It is not anything gamebreaking, but it really plays a high role for the players who are going to visit your server - it needs to be as trustworthy as possible in my opinion.
