That's basically it, a current compilation of Azerothcore 64bits.

Packed as a repack do you mean? Do you have errors doing it yourself? If yes, I'll gladly help if you post the errors

The problem is that I can not download the files needed to compile the server.

I am working on a project and the programs needed to compile the azerothcore are incompatible with my current project.

So if anyone can compile the Azerothcore for me it would be the solution to my problems.

You know you can install Virtual Machine right? Anyway If I have the time which I cant guarantee I will compile for you
