1. Pandaren starting zone, faction irrelevant. I was a level 2 Pandaren mage at the time.
2. Quest: The Disciple's Challenge - 0/1 Defeat jaomin Ro
3. Approach NPC, he states "Here comes a new challenger".
You fight him, he never dies, quest never completes, he will fight you forever at 1 health.
4. At 5-10% of remaining health, he should back off, and quest should complete.
This one is game breaking. pandaren cant even get off the starting island. cant complete quest without admin intervention.
