Did you solve it? If not, did you try to reset the installation on the app?

It still doesn't work. I think it's only installed on my new computer. Even if I try it many times, I get the same problem when I reinstall it. After 100% download, an error occurs a short time later and it will be downloaded again from scratch. The phenomenon just keeps repeating and not installing.
