Can't reply to 5.4.8 to download?

Your member rank never updated for whatever reason. I'll fix this now, check back in about 20 minutes from the time I post this.
I believe you also donated, so ExO should fix that when he gets back online, which VIP rank is able to reply to the thread as well.

The MoP repack requires 10+ posts and at least 5 days registered I believe, which you definitely have.

Edit: Fixed, your rank was set to Member already, but for whatever reason it never updated. Either way you are a 'Member' rank now which allows you to reply to it to then download it.
Also in the future, please try to put these questions in the 'Support' section.

I know this post was sorted out but thanks! I was trying to figure out why myself I couldn't download the repack.
 
Good to know on the MoP repack requirements; was also wondering why the thread would not allow a Reply.

I believe the system wasn't refreshing automatically like it should've been, which should now be fixed.
