Hej EXO when he tried your repack v2 i have forward all his ports into router and firewall aswell.
but we where still unable to login into the server .
i did exactully the same things what i did with my own server .

Aha. Is it him who tries to connect to his own server, or is it his friends etc? -- Can he connect himself?
Does the worldserver have any errors?

Check if he gets any worldserver errors and read this;

He may have this issue since he can't connect himself either.
