Hi everyone, I downloaded the new MOP 7.1 release and installed it on my public VPS.
I set up the server, but here is the problem: I can log in using the client, but I can't join the game server from a remote client.
If I run the client on the VPS itself, everything works fine.
Here are my configurations:

LogsDir = ""
LoginDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;auth"
WorldDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;world"
CharacterDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;characters"
ArchiveDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;log"
LoginDatabase.WorkerThreads = 1
WorldDatabase.WorkerThreads = 1
CharacterDatabase.WorkerThreads = 4
ArchiveDatabase.WorkerThreads = 1
LoginDatabase.SynchThreads = 1

I suspect the problem is an incorrect configuration, but I can't figure out which one. Any suggestions would be appreciated
thanks.

Did you also enable port 8085 and 3724 in the Firewall settings on the VPS, such that it allows external connections? :)

I did that too, but it doesn't work.

If I start the client in the VPS everything works perfectly.

I don't have an exact solution - but a few things to check:
1. Check if any worldserver error appears when you're stuck at the realm selection.
2. Confirm you're using the same client on your own machine as the VPS. Mentioned because sometimes this can be caused by a bad client.
3. Could check if port 8085 is reach-able via e.g. https://canyouseeme.org/

Aside from that, I don't see much wrong based on the current settings

Correct questions—here are the answers:
1 I am attaching the serverworld logs and the logs from the last crash.
2 I confirm that I used the same client.
3 Checking port 8085.

I've checked the logs. There is nothing from the worldserver perspective that indicates any issues or blockings. So it must be a configuration issue from the VPS. My best guess is still a Firewall issue, although I can't say for sure. You could try to temporarily disable it and restart the server and try again.
