Trying to get BFA to work, but it doesn't.

I already have fs full BFA client. So I downloaded the repack and tried with both BlackEmpireServer and Covenant and same issue on both sides.
Usually the game file directory is normal, a folder that contains Data and other folder, including wow.exe
Now when trying to open client launcher, I get this error

And so I created the _retail_ folder and copied everything inside it but Data. However, the issue now is that when I open the client launcher, it instantly closes
I tried using both repacks, and the same issue for both.

Is there a way to run it, or am I doing something wrong?

this is not a server side issue so no repack will work hence you were unable to run the wow.exe via that launcher.
Do not run BFA via the Arctium Launcher. Run it through the wow.exe yes the executable provided by Firestorm works all you have to do is simply modify the portal in config. Just run the wow.exe that came in with the client when you downloaded it or whatever name firestorm put on it.

The War Within(TWW) 11.X.X repack
Baltic Core and Draconic are currently developing a repack supporting TWW.
Both of them are based on the same source
The repack is a continuation of their DF one
You can download TWW Repack from their discord where they occasionally do updates
and ask there for support
