Hello, this happens because sometimes shutting down the db doesn't completely shut it down-it remains as a process, hence why it suddenly stops launching. Search for mysql processes in task manager and kill them, then run again. Believe me this issue caused me a lot of nuissance before I figured it out, hope it helps, cheers mate!

I've already tried, I've seen the processes and completed them, but even that hasn't solved the problem.

that's how it happened to me-working db suddenly crashing on startup, killed all the processes mysql,mysqld,mysqld_z and got it to work

upon a clearer inspection it tells you missing redo log file
could be caused by database corruption, antivirus interference, read/write permissions, wrong paths set up-but the repack is premade and works with relative paths, but you said it suddenly stoped working-this points to db corruption
Maybe try reextracting the database folder or the whole repack again, but simply overwriting it may not sufface so it's advisable you delete the old parent database folder and then put the new one in it's place as some generated logs files etc may remain and be opened by the fresh db.
if you need to port the accounts and characters-dumb the data of these two databases and import them in the newly extracted,
it's a log file that it can't find/open. meaning the db structure and it's data should be preserved
hope it works after reextracting the db, if it doesn't then it's something external interfering

the 6.2.3 one-spells and talents work,garrisons mostly work but missing 6.2 content-tanaan jungle not spawned, no garrison shipyard, s3 not sold by the honor vendors

as far as the the 6.2.4 french one goes classes and talents work, some custom content such as 4th rogue spec which resembles a warrior and a 4th dk spec which is a caster, all classes are avaialbe for all races, well the guy who makes said he priorizes pandaria mobs and quests, draenor is spawned, but garrison can't be made and interacted with,

honestly speaking I haven't tested the questlines in either, only some surface level play,

the answer is NO, sorry about that, but don't worry that folder won't interfere with anything, even after overwriting I was able to play other repacks for other expansions just fine, it is a required step specifically for 6.2.3, why is it patched this way?-I don't know, it's a mystery

Sto provando The War Within 11.2.7... nella mia vecchiaia mi sono imbattuto in questi repack e li trovo davvero belli, solo che non sono bravo con l'inglese, uso Google Translate ... Vorrei sapere ma c'è un modo per avere il database in italiano? Dal worldserver.conf ho provato a impostare 11 italiano ma si blocca. Ogni consiglio è ben accetto a meno che non impari la lingua

Ciao, ti servono i file dbc italiani, devono essere estratti da un client di gioco italiano usando gli estrattori, in particolare "mapextractor.exe". Li puoi trovare nella cartella repack.

L'ho scaricato dall'app Battle.net, ma ora non è più possibile, dato che è la versione 12.0.
L'unica opzione è usare il mini client e scaricarlo mentre giochi, ma alla fine smetterebbe di funzionare.
Per estrarre il file DBC è necessario che il client sia impostato in lingua italiana per completare il download.
Caricare un client da oltre 100 GB alla mia velocità richiederebbe un'eternità.
Sto aspettando che Firestorm aggiorni i suoi server alla versione 11.2.7. Forniscono la CDN e i client completi. Quando Firestorm verrà ritirato, sarà tutto.

the only option is to use the mini client, and download as you play, eventually it would stop working

Uploading 100+GBs client on my speed would take ages
waiting for Firestorm to update their servers to 11.2.7, they provide the cdn and the full clients, when Firestorm is eventually retired that's it.
