[Problem Description] The solid ice inside the cave is noninteractive so you cannot complete the quest.
[How it should work] You should be able to click on the solid ice to obtain Pure Glacier Ice.

As an update, not sure how but WRobot is able to target and attack/harvest these nodes so I have no idea why i can't.

If you do an AOE attack on the area around ice it will break and you can collect it.
