Tested on MoP v6.1.2
Running this on Alliance at level 85 (3 man), everything worked great through stages 1-5.
On Stage Six: The Last Stand, only the final boss shows up, none of the mobs come down to break the ice blocks and Jaina never starts the attunement. You can kill Warlord Rok’nah but after defeating him, nothing happens. No loot or achievement is given.
