Elemental:
- Mastery -> I have reached 100% mastery for the Elemental spec, but it doesn't guarantee the mastery to activate on every spell cast, while with 100% every single spell (offensive) should be duplicated. It seems kind of inconsistent as to when it procs. Sometimes it will duplicate the spell 3x, and sometimes it will not duplicate at all. It seems like this is only affecting Chain Lightning, while others are working properly.
