[NPC] [Shadowfang Keep] Some NPCs are bugged (VIP MoP Version 5)

• [Location, Faction, Race] Dungeon : Shadowfang Keep
• [Name, Type] Ghostly Cook, Shadowy Attendant, Haunted Servitor, Commander Springvale
• [Problem Description] lvl 19-20 NPC, they do too much / not enough damage and do not use their spells
• [How it should work] Doing normal damage for their level, and cast their spells
