Especially with the move to Cataclysm Classic, I'm sure most guilds are looking to practice their teamwork and adapt to the bosses. Which means, having your own testing area (a private cataclysm server) will be the best chance to get that done with your teammates.

You'll need to consider what kind of server you want—whether it's PvP, PvE, or something else. The setup can get a bit technical, but don’t worry; plenty of forums and communities can help. Just be prepared to spend some time on it and maybe get help from others who’ve done it before.

That’s a really solid offer, especially with the timing. You’re spot on about the Cataclysm transition - guilds are definitely scrambling to get their pre-patch rotations and boss positioning down before the real grind starts. Having a "sandbox" to wipe in without losing progress or gold is a massive advantage for any serious progression team.

It’s great to see you’re supporting WotLK on Linux too; that's a huge plus for anyone looking for a stable, dedicated host environment.

Quick question for you - since you've got over 6 years under your belt with SQL, do you also assist with custom database tweaks, like adjusting loot tables or XP rates for those who want a more "accelerated" testing environment?
