Problems with the authserver HELP

Basically to download everything from 0 everything goes the steps go well until it comes time to run authserver asks me for a DLL I search it on google and download it then to start the authserver again opens it and closes it in 1 second does not give me or the error or because it may be ... Any solution I'm going crazy because I do not see how to fix it.

It should put out a error log, check logs folder and see what the auth log says and paste it

I had a newer version of MySQL and uninstalled it and it worked. I leave it in case any of you need it
