Orgrimmar/Stormwind Deathknight bug?

When you go into Orgrimmar/Stormwind as any class or race you get treated as a deathknight just arriving? Issue was not in v10 but is now a thing in v10.1 which I don't understand if someone could help me with this I would highly appreciate you.
I.E:
Walk in orgrimmar/stormwind as non deathknight character: Orgrimmar grunt throws a rotten apple at (character name)
Says phrases: Murderer!, You disgust me, There will be an execution today.

I haven't seen this in Stormwind as a human Paladin.

I haven't tested Ogrimmar though.
