modify items not working

hi all. I am trying to modify item_template in 4.3.4. I feel like the changes take place. But ingame they are not show. I mean if an item give 100K hp i see the effect but the tooltip is showing the old stats.

Also i dont see how i can change the weapons damage. ( i mean what is the column for that )

Hi there,
Well it's because it's different handled on 4.3.4, to modify the regular items as names, stats etc you will have to make a custom patch for it to show ingame,
But what you can do is duplicate the item with a custom entry (in item_template) and it'll show the effects ingame.
