hello maigo I have an error download a repack 255 all good the bad when i get litem i dont s raise the life and and attack power as i do

I think the flavor text in the description for the Paladin Starter Boots you posted says it all.
The repack you downloaded looks like it was intentionally designed to have all the stats (and likely a lot of other things) wildly out of proportion from being 'blizzlike'.

If you're looking for more of a standard play experience, I recommend finding a different repack that better suits your needs.
