Halloween Event NPC V13

The Headless Horsemen |WoWhead | during the Halloween Event dungeon is not attackable, summoning him seems to be working perfectly but when he appears he just attacks you while you cannot attack him back.

On my Cataclysm V13 VIP server the event worked without any bugs

My server is greenfield; clean; out of the box tho.

I and one other player played the event multiple times, single with 4 NPCs, as horde.
