Guild trader in Stormwind not working

Hello, the guy who sells the guild things in Stormwind is not working... You can't buy things

Are you sure that you have the required requirements? I remember the same thing in Orgrimmar but that is because it only shows you the available items whenever you have the guild repuation etc for it. It was like that according to different sources back then.

You need to be at least friendly with your guild to talk/trade with the npc and buy something.
