BlizzCMS Theme [ver. 1.0.7.6]

Hello, could you guide me on how to create an admin account on the web since it does not recognize gm accounts?
how to give admin permissions to an existing account

hola, disculpen intente instalar esto en repack emucoach MoP Vip2 y no logro acceder al admin panel en la web, no reconoce el rango gmlevel

this through them including almost every index file rendering it useless.

not really sure how to use this with most of the files messed up.
