Starts with Xiao , Ends at Clever Ashyo and the next quest that you pick up from him is where it asks you to talk to him for Ashyo's Vision it will not allow you to click on him.
BUG - it would allow me to pick up quest just fine but when the quest told me to talk to him i was unable to click on him at all and could not talk to him to complete the quest. ^^^
