V7 is the latest free version, yes. Version 13 is VIP, indeed.

Oh great! Lovely that it finally works now. You definitely deserve that after so much time spent trying to set it up. Always silly when it's something simple like this, but at least it works now, and you know :) Hope you will have a good time with it!

Unfortunately there's no way around the requirements. The tool that we use for the Discord syncing needs to verify the e-mail on discord, because that's a requirement from Discord.
