Two forms Worgen is not working

Hey — those are all part of the Gilneas Worgen starting-zone scripted chain, which is pretty broken on a fresh run right now. The whole opening is scripted + phased and several steps don't fire correctly, including the 'Two Forms' racial and the war-machine/glaive damage step. The quest you mean is 'They Have Allies, But So Do We' (quest id 24681, Worgen-only — checked it in DB).
Rather than tracking these scattered, I started a dedicated thread for the whole Gilneas Worgen opening so all the issues land in one place for the devs:
Worth adding your specifics there — especially where exactly 'Two Forms' fails for you and the glaive-damage step. It's scripted-content/core stuff so not a quick DB toggle, but it's being tracked now, so the more concrete repro detail in one place the better.

I was able to get Two-Forms working in the 7.1 release, was having issues in 7.0 and 7.1 didnt automatically fix it. I found an applied aura I think leftover from the starter quests:

The "Force Worgen Altered Form" aura seems to get stuck applied doing the starter zone quests. Not sure if the 7.1 update fixed that or not but removing that aura did it for me and allowed chars to use Two-Forms again.
