This fix is for the Quest 12261.
Just run this in your world sql.
The Crystal wont charge but all enemies will appear and you will also get a "fully charged" text.
I set a mobcount to the "stronger" mobs so the time to defeat the mobs will be almost the same as the time, to charge the crystal.
The quest will feel blizzlike.
You should clear the clients cache after adding this
