Pet battle trainers should have quests to challenge other trainers all around the world.
Pet battle trainer doesn't give quest. In fact, some of them are not even spawned, like the one in Kharanos.
Not to mentions, that they train all the pets regardless of race. Each race should be able to learn only 1 pet.
