Hyjal V15 Fix - Quest 25315 Graduation Speech

This is my first try to fix a quest, thats not working correctly in V15 Blizzlike Repack.

There are NPCs missing. I added them ingame and did the questagain. It worked finde so here is the fix:

Please note that this is not a - "Thats how it is on a official server" fix. Its just a Fix to keep the questline going.
