Can't say for sure, but I think it depends on how much you do with it - basically don't go crazy with it.
However, as the post states, a player might report you at any point if they notice anything, which could result in a pretty quick ban.

Correct, this was released as it was delivered to me, no changes over the years. Probably some of the bigger servers have anti cheat now, tell me or one of the moderators on this forum. Me or them will change the post accordingly
