What Repack version are you using? v6 or v7?

Either way, turn on GM mode by typing:
.gm on
The npc will appear and you can talk to him to end the quest/phase and you'll be set free.
Would recommend turning GM mode back off afterwards.

You need a gm there, Type gps to see which phase the player is in. Then type .npc move to move that creature into that phase. Eventually we will have all these scripts written, And we won't need to do this anymore.
