[What it does] Not spawned checked with gm as well in case she was in a different phase.
[What it should do] should be located in the craftmans terrace http://www.wowhead.com/npc=4159/melynn *FIXED*

[Name, Type] Taladan, Creature 4213
[What it does] Missing Enchanting trainer.
[What it should do] Should be located in craftmans terrace http://www.wowhead.com/npc=4213/taladan

This has now been fixed. Thanks for all your reports by the way! I'm leaving this open in case you find more Darnassus bugs. I'll have a look at the other bugs whenever I get some extra free time again (heading to bed now), feel free to post more as you find

K I edited the post reflecting the fix for the first missing npc, I found another and added that to the first post. Question however are these npcs being added from sniff data or visual? if visual I'm very good at that and would be more than willing to add missing npcs we find and post the sqls as nonblizzlike fixes since it'snot sniff data on my end. thanks
