V14 Solo/Fun Bugged Quest Shattrath City

• [Location, Faction, Race] Shattrath city- Outlands, Player faction: Alliance Night Elf female
• [Name, Type] City of Light- Quest- Given by Archmage Khadgar
• [Problem Description] The NPC "Khadgar's Servant" is not scripted to complete the quest at all. It follows the character around instead of leading them.
• [How it should work] "Khadgar's Servant" should lead the player on a tour of the city and then the quest should be turned in to Archmage Khadgar.

• Without completing this quest no one can choose between Aldor or Scryer factions, and many quests are unavailable. Auto-completion might be ok if the tour is too complex to script.

I have no idea how to script something like this, but I was able to make it auto-complete at least.

UPDATE quest_template SET SpecialFlags=0 WHERE ID=10211; -- Sets the "City of Light" quest to auto-complete.
