So I got the Hero Board quest of "Report to the Keep" and you can grab the next quest but there seems to be an issue. This is the Twilight Highliands kickoff questline.
Samuelson is glowing and the shadow spells are all around the keep area and Anduin refuses to become a companion despite giving the dialogue option. Not sure if this is a know issue or me. I reloaded a fresh 7.1 install in case it was my side but the issue remained.
