How/where do i put in my SQL file into database?

What's the name of the SQL file that you're trying to execute?

Its Npc_vendor.sql

Using HeidiSql or other similar database tools. Go to your database, open your wold table, and simply find and select the Npc_vendor table. Usually after using HeidiSql to open the .sql file for the first time, the second time it will be recognized as a .sql file, and all you'll need to do in the future is just double click it and find the tables from there. Once done with that, simply hit F9, or the run query button at the top. ( little blue play button )
