Resetting all instances manually? (MoP Premium Repack)

How do I go about completely resetting ALL instances, including old raids? I can't seem to find a command or anything regarding this.
As the title states, I am running a server with the MoP Premium Repack.

Try".i u all" or". u i all" That should do the trick.
